Matthew Daly is an attorney at Metzger Rosta, LLP, where he practices in the areas of insurance defense, litigation, and personal injury. Prior to joining Metzger Rosta, LLP, Matthew served as the Chief Deputy Prosecutor for Randolph County, Indiana for five years and has extensive experience with criminal law and litigation. Matthew has tried dozens of cases, from minor traffic offenses to serious violent crimes.
Matthew graduated from Ball State University in 2012, and Indiana University McKinney School of Law in 2018. While in law school, Matthew worked as a certified legal intern at the Office of the Indiana Attorney General, in the Licensing Enforcement division, as well as at the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. Matthew was admitted to the Indiana bar in 2018.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He is a third-generation Eagle Scout and an avid music fan.
