KEN EWING
Ken brings a wealth of litigation experience to Metzger Rosta. Licensed in Indiana and Ohio, Ken has handled over sixty (60) civil trials and fifteen (15) criminal trials. Ken’s civil litigation experience includes, but is not limited to: premises liability; political subdivision liability; automobile accidents; false arrest; product liability; nursing home liability; defamation; construction defects; fire/arson losses; insurance coverage; bad faith; and breach of contract.
Ken has been licensed in Ohio since 1993 and licensed in Indiana since 2002. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
As a result of his litigation experience, Ken continues to take on cases in his role as a certified civil mediator.
Ken attended Hanover College and graduated cum laude with a major in History. He graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1993. While attending the University of Dayton, Ken served as a writer and editor of the University of Dayton Law Review.
Ken volunteers his time outside of the office by serving on the Board of Directors of the National Kidney Foundation- Indiana and the Board of Directors of the Indianapolis Arts Chorale.
